Course introduction

This program is 2 - days programme specially tailored for participants who wish to enhance their understanding, knowledge & skill on the managing crisis and drill exercise for Emergency with integration of Fire Drill, Chemical Spillage, First Aid and Search & Rescue activities, etc.The Establishment of CRISIS MANAGEMENT SOP at workplace is part of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 standard requirement. This training will help your management on the meeting the standard requirement, establish the CRISIS MANAGEMENT, CRISIS COMMUNICATION for ERP team, setting-up the procedure and understanding the risk of potential emergency at your workplace including skill of handling combine incidences such as Fire, Chemical Spill, First Aid and Search & Rescue.

OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Determine crisis management & emergency needs
  • Prepare the Crisis Management Procedure &Plan
  • Consider other needs in Crisis Management
  • Understand the requirement of Crisis Management and equipments
  • Understand the MKN20 for crisis management
  • Determine the crisis communication & drill procedure
  • Drill activities in site and its preparation.
  • Communication to external emergencies support such as BOMBA, Rescue 911 (JPA3) and Police or ambulance.
  • Improve skill on crisis management outbreak.
  • On site drill activities observation and assessment.
