Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:

Participants are required to sit for theory and practical assessment, which includes multiple-choice questions, skill demonstrations and mock drill (scenario based), 80% of attendance during Theory and 100% of attendance on Practical session.
Having completed and passed the course, participants will be awarded with Certificate of Proficiency which are both nationally and internationally recognized. Certificate will be delivered to the client’s correspondence address within 21 working days after completion of the course. Special arrangement for fast delivery can be made upon request.
Certification is valid for 3 years.
After going through all the theory sessions, participants will be exposed to a few lifelike simulation drill. Based on the emergency scenario given, participants would have to response to the scenario by accessing the scene, diagnose the patient & perform medical aid to those simulated casualty. They will have the opportunity to handle complicated emergencies, experience “panic” and finally get to know the strength and weaknesses of oneself.
If more than 20% from the participants rated the overall training as unsatisfactory and it does not meet the objective of the course, a refund will be made to the client.

Having certified first aider team who goes through first aid training not only makes the workplace a safer place, it is also able to reduce casualties in emergency situations.
In the event of of emergency situation, teamwork is necessary to assign and coordinate specific roles to each first aider, therefore preparing them through team building activities throughout the training.
The goal is to break the ice between everyone, promoting leadership and teamwork communication while keeping the positive energy mindset throughout the course.
